The property is very private and surrounded by tall cedar hedges.
Inside is fully furnished, open concept, a large well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), treated potable water, AC, Smart TV, high speed WIFI internet, gas fireplace and 4 piece modern bathroom. Linens are not provided.
Outside there is a large front deck with tiki bar and fridge, side patio, yard and outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, natural gas BBQ, outdoor cooling shower and is very private.

Summary: Could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our girls weekend !!! Looks even better than the pictures:) Check-in was seamless, and the place was in immaculate condition (with ample kitchen appliances available!). The location is unbeatable: across the street from the beach, an 8-10 minute walk over to the main street. The fire pit outside with marshmellow roasting sticks made for a great campfire night. Patio set-up is great for entertaining, and the umbrella was big enough that all 5 of us comfortably spent the afternoon outside while it was raining. Internet was strong, tv included an hdmi cord so we had no issues connecting our laptop for a movie night. The real jewel of the rental, however, is the owner, Tim. Tim was so beyond helpful both in the weeks leading up to our stay and throughout the weekend. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tim!!
